First 3 of 19 houses handed over to Cross Keys Homes

We are delighted to handover the first 3 houses of the scheme of 19 affordable dwellings to client Cross Keys Homes, Peterborough. The photo below shows the finishing touches being made to Avon Court in Paston. Tennyson Road (4 dwellings) and Furze Ride (3 dwellings) are due for handover before Christmas. The remaining 9 will be ready in the new year.

New Home Completion at Paston Ridings

The new build property at Paston Ridings Peterborough is almost ready for handover with only additional external works to complete. The photo below shows the rear and side elevation of the property. External works already complete comprise of a sewer connection made by our own Anglian Water approved team, a new access off the main road and a new tarmac driveway. The rear of the property will be laid to lawn. The property will be handed over for the client by Christmas.

Internal works progess at Transforge, Yaxley

Works are continuing at the site on Eagle Business Park in Yaxley where a new industrial unit for Transforge (UK) Ltd is being constructed. Since our last update, the building has had external cladding installed as seen in the photo below. Internal works and drainage continue to progress as we aim towards the handover of early 2013.

Progress at Fellowes Gardens, Peterborough

Environmental improvement works are well underway at Fellowes Gardens in Peterborough. The demolition of existing garage blocks have been completed and groundworks around the site have commenced. The photo below shows the construction of bases for new garage blocks. The left hand side bases have been concreted, the right hand side shows the formwork separating the garage bases and mesh laid for the reinforced slab. The works also involves fencing, railings and block paving to improve the appearance of the site.

Handover nearing at Hambleton, Rutland

We are due to handover this stone-built dwelling before Christmas for a client in Hambleton, Rutland. The external works are currently ongoing with over 200m2 of Stonemarket paving slabs to lay and natural stone retaining walls to build also.
