Major extension to Stamford dwelling topped out

Published on Tuesday 7 February 2017

A major extension to a dwelling in Stamford now has all of its roof coverings complete. This project adds a large extension of modern design to a traditional existing house. Designed by RAW Architecture , the extension is faced with a combination of Stamford Stone and zinc cladding with aluminium windows and sliding doors, and single-ply membrane flat roofs. The modern theme continues internally with some exposed Stamford Stone and blue engineering brick walls along with traditional painted plasterwork.

The client will take occupation of the new extension in the spring.
