Extension to dwelling in Peterborough reaches internal works stage

Our project to extend and refurbish a traditional dwelling in Peterborough has now had its roof completed and windows and external doors fitted and the internal fit out is underway. At the same time we have completed the landscaping to the rear of the extension. The photos below show the progress of the works.

Refurbishment complete at Huntingdon swimming pool

Our alteration and refurbishment project at the swimming pool changing rooms at One Leisure Huntingdon is now complete and operational. The project involved stripping out and remodelling the existing changing rooms, with new ceiling, wall and floor finishes, new shower and toilet facilities, and new cubicles and changing room furniture. The project was carried out whilst the swimming pool remained in full operation, using a temporary changing facility. The photos below show the project just before completion.

All plots topped out in Tydd St. Giles

The twelve new dwellings on our social housing project at Tydd St. Giles have all now had their roofs laid, with windows and external doors going into the final two plots this week. Internal works are well underway, with the first 4 plots receiving their first coat of decoration this week. The project is due for completion in Winter 2017.

New flats in Peterborough close to topping out

Our project to construct a three storey block of ten new flats in Woodston, Peterborough has reached the roofing stage. The photo below shows the roof structure progressing, with the roof covering due to be installed later in August.

The project is due for completion in early 2018.

Works commence at Leverington Primary Academy

Works have commenced to extend Leverington Primary Academy near Wisbech to form a new classroom, toilets and corridor.

Heavy groundworks will take place over the school summer holidays while the pupils are absent. The project is due for completion in early 2018.
