Passive House in Ramsey nearing completion

Published on Wednesday 20 March 2019

Our project in Ramsey which involves the installation of the external facade, a full internal fit out and carrying out the external works and drainage to a Passive House is nearing completion. The scaffold has recently been dropped to reveal a stunning contrasting Siberian larch facade installed by our in-house carpenters. As well as the facade, the lightweight steel roof cladding and grey composite windows complete the aesthetics of the house.

All internal finishes have been complete including the Ash staircase, solid wood worktops and Marmoleum floor coverings made 100% from natural materials.

Due to the problems with the levels of the site a drainage treatment tank was installed along with a 42 meter field drain.

The project is due to be complete this week.
