Eric’s Fish and Chips completed

The internal fit out works at Eric’s fish and chips in St Ives completed on programme with the restaurant opening the following day to the public.

The work included internal remodeling of an existing retail unit and the installation of new drainage to suit the new layout. Erection of partitions, PVC hygienic wall cladding to kitchen and back of house, decorative wall tiling to dining area, installation of faux leather banquette benching, children’s ‘bleacher’ seating area, specialist flint serving counter plus full internal and external decorations.

Recently completed scheme shortlisted for award

We are delighted to announce that our recently completed design and build project of 16 affordable dwellings for Cross Keys Homes has been shortlisted as a finalist in the LABC East Anglia Building Excellence Awards, in the category for Best Social or Affordable New Housing Development.

The LABC awards reward ʺexcellent buildings, outstanding companies, and partnerships and individualsʺ and look for ʺoutstanding craftsmanship, technical innovation, sustainability and high performanceʺ.
