Works have been completed to a fire damaged block of flats in the centre of Peterborough for Cross Keys Homes. The works involved erection of scaffolding complete with temporary roof followed by the complete removal and replacement of roof coverings, structure and internal finishes to the fire damaged flat. The effected flats within the block had new floor structures, decoration, associated carpentry works, new mechanical and electrical installations throughout, new kitchens and new floor and wall finishes as required. The main stairwell within the flat had a complete redecoration and a new aluminium curtain wall system to the front elevation. The external works included the patch and repair work to the render finish and was then decorated.

The substructure works on our project to design and build 14 new flats for a private client has reached DPC level. Superstructure works are now progressing up to first floor plank level. Steel work has already been installed to the front block which will support the corbel detail above the main entrance to the building.
