Eclectic mix of trades keeps things moving on site at Wicken

Published on Monday 17 August 2020

A mixture of works happening on site at Wicken this week with some plots having scaffolding struck, some having roof coverings installed, some having brickwork laid and some having screed installed!   The first pair of plots have had the scaffolding struck as the bungalows are unveiled to showcase the neat brickwork detailing behind, the farrow and ball breakfast green fascias and soffits, and artificial slate roof coverings. The liquid screed has also been installed to these plots, complete with underfloor heating, which will allow the first fix works to commence next week.

The roof coverings are also progressing well with almost 50% of the plots covered in. The next step to get these plots water tight is to get the windows installed so we can get the plumbing and electrical installations completed ready for plastering in early September!
