Construction.

The building was a steel frame construction with insulated composite roof cladding panels with integrated guttering system, The external walls were traditional block and brick construction with 50mm PIR cavity insulation. The first floor structure comprised of engineered timber joists with 44mm chipboard decking on top in order to withstand the dead loads from the new office space. The stairs are made of softwood with MDF treads and ply risers and are complimented with a platform lift which is located in the centre of the stairwell. All office spaces have been equipped with air conditioning units for both heating and cooling.

The main office space has been complimented with a glazed partition which will allow more natural light for the occupants.

Exterior

Externally we have installed a new surface water attenuation system which ultimately discharges in to the existing brook via a fuel interceptor tank to ensure no harmful contaminants are discharged in to the waterway. A foul pumping station has been installed which will pump all foul waste generated by the new units into the existing foul water system on site. External hard landscaping consists of buff paving slabs to match the existing and 6nr new car parking bays and a motorcycle parking area has also been incorporated into the design.

We would like to thank all trades who have worked with us on this project and and we are please to hand over another high quality product to one our highly respected clients.
