Foundations to Finish: Burmor Marks Completion of Narborough Development
We are pleased to announce that the first project with our client, Flagship Group, has now completed, with handovers finally completing last Thursday at Chalk Lane in Narborough.
We have delivered a combination of 40 shared ownership and affordable rent homes consisting of a mixture of 2, 3 and 4-bed houses and four 1-bed flats using leading offsite manufacturer, LoCal Homes, ECO 100 open panel timber frame system. The ECO 100 timber frame systems provide a minimum of 0.25 U-Value for thermal performance and have been finished with brick and render.
The location, new to Burmor, opened doors for sub-contractors in the Norfolk area, bringing more local supply chain opportunities.
