Client: Hyde Housing

We’re delighted to be in contract with Hyde Housing to design and deliver 81 affordable homes in Lakenheath, Suffolk. This scheme will continue to channel the aims and objectives of our Sustainability Policy, creating a low-energy living environment reducing carbon emissions and providing EPC-A rated homes for the future occupants.

This is another successful collaboration with Calford Seaden. A noted thanks to Fran Durose, Ryan Dodd, Ben Furr, Kevin Jewell and Tim McLoughlin.
