This project involved the construction of a three storey block of 10 flats in Woodston, Peterborough, for private clients. The site had previously been cleared of some former garage blocks.

Construction.

The new building comprised traditional trenchfill foundations, a masonry structure with precast concrete floors, a timber trussed rafter roof structure covered with artificial slate covering, and upvc windows.

Interior.

The project included a full fit out comprising kitchen installations, bathroom fittings, internal doors, ironmongery, skirtings, architraves and window boards, full decoration, and floors finished with a combination of laminate floors and carpets.

Completed.

The project also included all drainage including connection into sewers in the road, provision of incoming services, and all hard and soft landscaping, garden walls, fences and railings.

The project was completed in spring 2018.
