Affordable Housing: 26 Dwellings, South Street, Peterborough

Client: Cross Keys Homes

Demolition has commenced on our residential project in Peterborough, an affordable rent development for our client Cross Keys Homes. There were 7 outer buildings on the site that needed to be demolished before the construction phase begins.

This is a private site with it’s own private road, and private drainage; the residents will have access to a shared surface carpark. We are delivering 26 dwellings in total, with a mixture of houses and flats. There will be 8 houses, all three-story, and 18 flats, all ranging from 1 - 3 bedrooms.

Traditional masonry is being used for the project, alongside PV roof panels for the flats and air source heat pumps for the houses.

The Quantity Surveyor for the project is Connor Hare, and the Site Manager is Andy Squance.
