Affordable Housing: 40 Dwellings, Narborough
Client: Flagship Group
We are pleased to announce our first project with new client, Flagship Group. We will be delivering a combination of 40 shared ownership and affordable rent homes using leading offsite manufacturer, LoCal Homes, ECO 100 open panel timber frame system. The interior side of the panel is filled with environmentally-friendly recycled insulation and closed with an insulating foil membrane. The ECO 100 timber frame systems provides a minimum of 0.25 U-Value for thermal performance, and will be finished with brick and render.
The dwellings will be a mixture of 2, 3 and 4-bed houses and four 1-bed flats.
The location is new to Burmor, as we continue to increase our working radius. This has opened doors for sub-contractors in the Norfolk area, bringing local supply chain opportunities and contributing toward our social value return.
