Affordable Housing: 72 Dwellings, Lutterworth

Client: Stonewater

Taking Burmor across the border to Leicestershire, we are pleased to be delivering this development of 72 news homes in Lutterworth for our client, Stonewater.

To cater for a diverse demand in property requirements, there are 10 different types of home. A mixture of houses and maisonettes, ranging from 2-bed to 5-bed, will make up 57 affordable rent and 15 shared ownership dwellings.

The method of construction agreed upon for this project is traditional brick and blockwork. However, the installation of air-source heat pumps will reduce carbon emissions and save future residents money on their energy bills.

As we extend our radius to new areas, we endeavour to bring local skill and labour onto the site; in doing this, we will contribute toward the local economy's sustainability goals and reduce the project's carbon footprint through travel reduction.

The Quantity Surveyor for this project is Cameron Harris.
