Another great development underway for client, Accent Group, on Station Road in Haddenham, Ely.
A mixture of 2-bed and 3-bed Affordable Rent and Shared Ownership properties will complete this 40 home build. With another predicted EPC A rating, the use of Air Source Heat Pumps, and the installation of PV Panels, we are well on our way to ensuring these homes are maximising and contributing toward carbon reduction in our industry.
The method of construction will be traditional brick and block, with both a blue and red engineering brick detailing finish. Each house on the development meets compliance for the National Described Space Standards (NDSS), which sets out guidance on the minimal size of new homes and highlights the importance of these homes being fully fit for purpose for future occupiers.
The Quantity Surveyor for this project is Georgia Freeman, and the Site Manager is Daniel Rowland.
