Client: Metropolitan Thames Valley

New contract, new client. We are delighted to have signed a new contract to design and deliver 55 affordable units for new client, Metropolitan Thames Valley in March, Fenland.

Working closely with Michael Pople & Michael Naylor of MTP Developments, Paul Houghton and Jonathan Shilling of AECOM and alongside Metropolitan’s land team to engineer the deal, we are now forecasted to start of site later in the year.

Thank you to the support of our design team Swann Edwards Architecture and JPP who have worked hard getting this scheme unlocked for delivery.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor for this project is Connor Hare and the Site Manager is Sean McCarthy.
