This project involved the conversion of an existing office building in central St. Neots into 12 flats

Exterior.

The challenges on the project included the location of the building on St. Neots High Street which meant that access was severely restricted, as well as the presence of retail units on the ground floor which needed to remain open at all times. This necessitated some overnight working where drainage systems from the flats penetrated and exited the building via the ground floor retail units.

Construction.

Included removing and replacing the roof covering, removing and replacing the windows, and converting two upper floors of open plan offices into 12 separate fully finished apartments.

Completed.

Converting the office block into 12 fully finished apartments was completed on time and on budget.
