Affordable Housing: 30 Dwellings, Crowland

Client: Cross Keys Homes

Working with our client, Cross Keys Homes, we are building a mixture of 16 affordable rent and 14 shared ownership dwellings on Low Road in Crowland. Using traditional methods of construction, a combination of blockwork, brickwork and render will make up the structure for these 2, 3, and 4 bed homes.

The street names have been agreed as Sundown Gardens, due to the development being west facing, and Sharp Close.

The project is currently in the pre-construction phase, with work commencing at the end of January 2023.

The Quantity Surveyor leading this project is Scott Broadbent. and the Site Manager is Mark Turnbull.
