Private: Cooperative Store and Residential Units, Hampton

Client: Abbey Group

This project will be delivering 10 residential dwellings above a Cooperative unit for private client, Abbey Group.

The units will comprise of 8 two-bed and 2 one-bed flats, which will be available for private rent. The structure of the build is a steel framing system; a modern structural system which is designed for its highly methodical and versatile construction solution, an increasingly popular choice in modern buildings due to it being cost effective, time efficient and durable. The system is also compatible with a range of external finishes and in this case, traditional brickwork was chosen.

Once the project is ready for handover, the flats will be completed for residents and the shop will be ready for Abbey Groups client, the Co-op, to fit out the new store.

The project is due for completion in December 2023.

The Quantity Surveyor for this project is Francesca Durose, and the Site Manager is Tom Garner.
